Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. (Due to the nature of the garments, and shelf-life of natural products the team will issue refunds or exchanges per our own discretion).

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Your payment will be issued within 10-15 business days in the form in which it was received. Please check out our refunds page for more information.

Custom orders

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS

An order request may be refunded for the full amount within 2 business days of normal delivery order placement, and 24 hours after a rush order.

*All custom orders with a refund request after the above mentioned deadline are subject to a Custom Order Fee of 15%-25% the total cost of the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
